Our coolers are crafted from rotationally-molded LLDPE plastic, ensuring even wall thicknesses for maximum durability.

Thermal Insulation:

Our hardside coolers feature pressure-injected Ecomate polyurethane foam for superior insulation, keeping contents cold for longer durations. The foam used in our coolers has no global warming or ozone depletion potential, and it is made without any VOCs.

Sealed Lid with Rubber Gasket:

To ensure your items stay cold, our coolers come with a rubber gasket that creates a tight seal, trapping cold air inside and extending the life of ice. Everything in your cooler remains cool, fresh, and well-protected. Dry goods trays are sold separately.

Bear-Resistant Design:

All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC certified for bear resistance. Additionally, each cooler includes two lock holes to secure your cooler and protect your contents.
