Rotomolded Construction

Our coolers are made from rotationally-molded LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) plastic, ensuring even wall thicknesses for optimal durability. This special manufacturing process guarantees a strong and long-lasting product.

Thermal Insulation

All hard-sided coolers are pressure-injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam. This unique insulation is eco-friendly, with no global warming, ozone depletion, or VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) potential. It provides exceptional cooling and keeps your items fresh and cold longer.

Lid Gasket

A cooler isn't truly effective unless it can seal tightly. Our coolers are equipped with a rubber gasket on the lid. This ensures optimal insulation even in hot temperatures, trapping cold air inside to help extend the life of ice. Ideal for keeping your food and drinks cool and fresh on every adventure.

Bear-Resistant Certification

All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC (Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee) Certified Bear-Resistant. Additionally, each cooler comes with two lock holes, making it easy to keep your contents secure and safe from wildlife.
